Marie Konstance has a career driving analytical efforts in both the private and public sectors and has a deep commitment to diversity and reducing income inequality. As Director of Community Engagement at Catalyst, she manages the Measurement for Change Community, which promotes the adoption of three key performance indicators to measure gender and diversity.

Before joining Catalyst, Marie managed the precursor to Measurement for Change, the Gender and Diversity KPI Alliance, an initiative founded by Catalyst to promote DEI measurement. Marie has deep experience in measurement from her tenure on Wall Street. Prior to her work with Catalyst, Marie built and managed analytical units at Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, and Bloomberg. She received her MBA from the Harvard Business School and has a BA in economics from Colgate University.

Chris Martin is a labor economist who focuses on issues of identity-based exclusion in the workplace. His original research has explored pay and opportunity gaps, the impact of salary history disclosure on job offers, and the link between employee engagement and compensation. Prior to joining Syndio, Chris was the resident statistician on the Inclusion & Diversity team at Starbucks. He is passionate about using data to identify and resolve workplace inequities and, as a former instructor in statistics
